International Law

International law actually derives from the laws of nation states and the public international law among nation states.

  • In outsourcing, international law addresses considerations of:
  • trade in services through transborder communications and service delivery;
  • investment;
  • privacy;
  • personal jurisdiction of governments over the parties to an outsourcing;
  • protections afforded to service providers and to enterprise customers in support of a relationship of trust and confidence in their dealings.
