This web site illustrates some of outsourcing's key business and legal issues. We at Bierce & Kenerson, P.C. hope that you will learn more about outsourcing and how our firm's services may support your enterprise. While our presentation focuses on decision-making and business process from the customer's standpoint, we also wish to present fairly the service provider's viewpoint, for a better mutual understanding.  We strive to make outsourcing easier, quicker, cheaper, more effective and mutually beneficial.

If you wish to know more about outsourcing, please feel free to contact us.

We also wish to assist you if you are experiencing difficulties in an existing outsourcing relationship. Working together, we will create alternative strategies and help you achieve your evolving organizational goals.

Do you want a captive special-purpose operation instead?
One size does not fit all.  Outsourcing requires significant disciplines and involves some important risks.  Instead, some enterprises want to own and manage an operation in a low-cost, high-volume automated environment.  They want greater operating control and are willing to assume the responsibility of managing that operation.  Consider alternative legal structures for setting up and managing captive business-process organizations.  (Careful!  Some outsourcing service providers say owning your own captive or shared service organization is inefficient and outdated, and that you should outsource!)

*Foreign Attorneys - We are interested in soliciting manuscripts for publication in our newsletter and on our website. For more information, see Invitation to Foreign Attorney Authors, www.outsourcing-law.com/Authors/foreign_attorneys_invitation.htm.
