Outsourced Operations Phase
Once an outsourcing has gone to contract, the enterprise and
the service provider set a transition date, with consequences according to the
contract. As the outsourced operations achieve a "steady state," the
services are normally provided as planned. Changes may occur, which can be
costly if not properly anticipated under the contract. |
