Foreign Attorneys – Solicitation of Articles for Publication

We are soliciting manuscripts on foreign law for publication in Outsourcing Law & Business Journal™ and this website.  We are particularly interested in legal issues applicable to:

  • Special local laws and rules relating to specific services (such as call centers, IT, loan processing, debt collection, engineering, medical screening, etc.).

  • Privacy and data protection.

  • Intellectual property rights.

  • Employment and pension law.

  • Consumer protection.

  • Foreign ownership of local services companies (including shared services).

  • Conditions of transfer of a local service company to foreign ownership and control.

  • Patentability of business processes.

  • Taxation (and tax exemptions) for the export and regulation of IT-enabled services.

  • Pending legislation affecting any of these topics.
