Recruiting for Attorneys with Expertise in IT and BPO Outsourcing

Bierce & Kenerson, P.C., a law firm in New York City with links to foreign law firms, is recruiting senior attorneys for its nationwide network of lawyers able to deliver top quality specialized services in the field of IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing. We have an international reputation as practical, cost-effective and responsive counselors and thought leaders in sophisticated long-term managed services contracts. You would render services on a part-time basis from your office and/or at client locations.

Eligibility criteria include extensive domain expertise in one or more of:

  • information technology transactions

  • human resources and employment law

  • intellectual property

  • business accounting and related taxation

  • international business transactions.

Successful applicants must be willing to participate in periodic writing and public speaking on related legal topics as part of our ongoing public relations program and quality management. We are a learning organization.
