Automatic Stay
Under the "automatic stay," no one can sue
the debtor-in-possession (or trustee) for breach of the pre-petition contract.
Resolution of competing claims to compensation fall within the Bankruptcy
Court's determination.
Dissatisfied vendors may petition the Bankruptcy
Court for a waiver of the automatic stay, in the interests of justice.
