About Us

Since the 1990's, Bierce & Kenerson, P.C. has been an international law firm providing legal advisory and transactional support to clients in business, technology and finance.  This site highlights our extensive understanding of outsourcing.  We also assist clients in transactions that are similar to or alternatives to outsourcing.

Our mission is to support our client’s business infrastructures with corresponding legal "infrastructures."   We call this "Infrastructure Services Law."

We consult on various legal and business forms of conducting business and help our clients through the processes of designing, developing, implementing, re-engineering, enhancing the value of, and harvesting added value in, business infrastructures.  We successfully execute complex transactions using a project management approach, graphics to portray complex relationships and a library of completed transactions.  Most importantly, our attorneys use "lateral" thinking in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary approach.  On an ongoing basis, we resolve evolving legal issues.  Thus, outsourcing is a strategic area that affects all of these elements.
