STYLE TEMPLATE FOR AUTHOR'S CONTRIBUTIONS

SUBJECT MATTER: Articles should address legal, regulatory, compliance or deal structuring problems that relate to the hiring or delivery of managed services, outsourcing or shared services.  Topics may include governance, privacy, employment and labor law, public policy, taxation, trade regulation and other related subjects.

THIS TEMPLATE:    This style template should be used for all submissions.  Please use the following format "headings"  for all elements of the work.

NOTE:    Any citations to sources of law, websites, etc., should be included in the text.  The purpose of the article is not to have a long list of citations, but to point to critical information necessary to understand the significance of the commentary.

VOCABULARY: Please always refer to the buyer/customer as the enterprise customer.   Please refer to the seller/vendor as the service provider.

LANGUAGE OF THE ARTICLE:  Articles not in English MUST include English translations of the entire Introduction. The "Impact on Outsourcing" and "Lessons Learned" MUST be in English and, if the article is in the foreign language, also in the foreign language.

    Introduction.   [1-2 paragraphs describing the country, the legal development and the general significance of the development.] 

    Background.  [1-4 paragraphs describing the "problem" that the legal development solves, or resolves.  This could involved political, economic, business, legal, employment, trade or other issues.]

    The [Name of Legal Development].  [NAME: law, regulation, judicial decision, etc.]

    Impact of [Name of Legal Development]

   a.    Impact on Enterprise Customers.

   b.    Impact on Service Providers.

   c.    [IF APPLICABLE: Impact on [NAME CLASS OF AFFECTED PERSONS].

    Lessons Learned: Best Practices in Outsourcing.  [Describe or list how the legal development inspires lessons for the future of outsourcing and outsourcing transactions.]
